I did a little snake scoutin' before work at the world famous Meridian Washes. I got rained on in the beginning, but I manned up and dealt with it. A lesser man would've given up and complained on social media about getting a little wet, but I was able to brave the elements and found 4 snakes in my effort

(1 dback and 3 longnosed snakes). It's good to see some long-nosed snakes again. The drought made them less abundant this year.
