Hellbrook Trail to the Adams Apple cut off to Long trail -to the Summit.

It took me 2.5 hours to hike the 1.75 miles to the top. For a short hike, It was one of the hardest hikes I have done. It was a full body workout. Not wanting to come back the way I came up, I decided to take the Long trail down. It dumped me out a mile from my truck.
