| no partners | | | I was here a few days ago but didn't have time to make the top prior to sunset. I went back today and completed the task. It seems each time I have done this, I go a little bit different way each time. Today, I went down a different chute than I went up and I was pleased I could follow that for the whole descent, with no cliffing out. It was about 40 minutes up once off trail from the road and 50 minutes down. Always slower down for me as I am more cautious with my steps. Some butt sliding as well. There was one woman in a quad on the road looking for her flashlight which she said she had lost earlier this morning. I totally freaked her out when I caught up to her at the side of her vehicle (she was driving ridiculously slow to search). I still need to do this from the west side, but that is a longer approach, so I am not really a fan. |
