| partners | | | Clockwise loop from 19th Ave trailhead with Gallydoll, SCA, Jan, Mel, and Sue. Parking lot was nearing full at 7am before sunrise, completely unexpected! Burned the chill off climbing up Warrior. Scenic views abound on Alta with a side trip up Maricopa Peak. Took the new Ma Ha Tuak Perimeter trail. A lot of up and down and in and out into the foothills. Interesting homes to look at along the way. Also stopped to check out the remains of an old home with quartz fireplace. Longer and more AEG than I had been anticipating. Fantastic day. The harem was pleased! |
