After camping out the night before near Grand View Peak, I drove to the east Cunningham TH to check out this hike, which has been on my wish list for awhile. Big trees, big views, deep shade, and a wild feel to this rarely traveled old logging road. Saw a ton of bear crap, and a dead skunk Finished up at 10:30 AM, changed clothes, then headed down the mountain to work, feeling completely recharged by this hike. |
