RS is up to no good. See photo https://hikearizona.com/photo-E.php. Syncing makes it worse. So I can't produce accurate AEG.
7:44AM clockwise - HTB 31% at 78 and breeze only worked hiking east. Quite a few folks and their dogs out. Doggy poo on the trail and some in bags alongside the trail.

Decided to not do gym class Sat. because now I can. I like the class but I'm not overly fond of her commentary during class nor of her music selection; she seems very nice, however. Starting Oct 1, I will officially be a Silver Sneakers member which means I can join several different gyms as part of my BCBS Part G insurance; so my class selections will multiply dramatically :D .

For me, sometimes it's just as much about the journey as the destination.
Oh, and once in awhile, don't forget to look back at the trail you've traveled.
