I have done this hike as a sunrise hike in the past. I have not been up here for a sunset. I had the opportunity to get out early from work, so off I went.

The trail going up here is very defined now. Lots of cairns all along the way. I opted to go up to the taller peak and skips the 1-3 rock fest. I think sunrise gives you better colors up here, but the 360 views are amazing no matter what time.

The sunset was subtle and did not offer a spectacular color show, but it's always a good day to be on top of a little mountain and watch it go down. I stayed up top for a while and then made my way back down.

A nice Monday afternoon jaunt up a cool little peak.
