| no partners | | Just wandering around. Spoke to a rancher earlier in the week and decided to drive up a ranch road easement to check out hiking into these mountains from the west side, as others have done, when it is cooler. No trails this side though. Bushwacked a bit, too hot, then drove to the waning San Pedro river, courtesy of monsoon runoff. Fun wandering in a green canopy, shoes off and sinking up to upper calf in "quick" mud.
Drove up Copper Creek a bit, been about 8 years since I have been up here. Road is no better. Want to get back up here when it is cooler too. |
