| no partners | | I hiked Telescope Peak on Monday and has White Mountain Peak scheduled for Wednesday, so I was looking for a hike on Tuesday so I wouldn't have to just sit around all day. I did a bit of research and came up with this one. It turned out to be a great hike so I am glad that I picked it.
It is an out-and-back hike on a very easy to follow use trail, so there were no route finding issues at all. The trail was very steep though -- as in 1,200 feet per mile steep. The scenery was great which made the steepness a bit more bearable.
The views at the top were great so we hung out there for a bit before heading back to the TH.
We did not see any other hikers, which is probably par for the course on this hike. |
