| no partners | | | Spent the night at Trinidad Lake State Park and woke to breakfast with a beautiful lake view. Spent a little time exploring Trinidad and made the decision to take the long route back to Denver and hike at a higher elevation. Have to admit that I found this area more appealing than Trinidad and I fantasized about living here and hiking/snowshoeing my life away. But for now, I just did a quick climb to a stunning view. Great trail. Wish I'd had time to finish it. |
