| no partners | | | A great day with the kids. From the parking lot there were steps leading down to the waters edge. Not that steep but we did pass some adventurers who were unprepared and lamenting their decisions. A well worn trail along the waters edge with plenty of opportunities to access the water. The mill is a cool historical view into how things were done. The areas around the dam look like some good kayaking. Will need to look into that. Not sure if the kids care but we saw the covered bridge that was on our check list of things. We decided to take the road back up but I'll probably return so I can explore some more of the trail system out here. It was 91 out. The locals were not enjoying it. |
