My post surgery PT has been kicking my butt and I've been too sore to hike. I finally got out this morning and did a close to home CCW lasso loop starting from the P.A. Seitts TH. Quite a bit slower than what I used to do this in, but I'm thrilled that I made it 5 miles w/o my back brace. :)
Saw one trail runner and one equestrian. Beautiful weather.
