| no partners | | | Nice hike because it covers such a large swath of Four Peaks Wilderness and is (after the initial climb) almost all downhill. The trail is certainly hard to follow in places and expect some flora-induced scratches, but I knew when looking ahead from Big Saddle that this just has to be a nice one way hike (and perhaps a not-so-nice out and back). I hitchhiked back to the car with no problem at all. |
