| no partners | | These ruins are not in the National Park of Canyon De Chelly. However, they are near Canyon De Chelly. Consequently, you can include them on any trip you make to Canyon De Chelly. These are among my favorite ruins in Arizona.
There are two options for seeing these ruins. The first option is a driving trip that takes you to a destination where you can look down on the ruins from a canyon top. You cannot hike down to them from that viewpoint. The second option is a trip that involves hiking to them along the bottom of the canyon. Allot yourself four and one half hours total for the hiking trip. You will need to take a rope if you want to climb into the ruins. |
