| no partners | | | Beautiful day for a hike! We took the lower trail (152A) to the falls. On the way back, we took the side trail for 0.2 miles that connected us to the upper trail (152). Turned right on it and followed it about another mile. There was a nice camping spot along the river which made for a good lunch stop. On the way back we spotted the side trail that took us to an overlook at the top of the falls. Good view of the valley but the falls was pretty much blocked by trees. Returned the same way taking the shortcut trail to connect back up to the lower trail and followed it back to the parking lot. |
