| no partners | | Started from Hieroglyphics trailhead. Didn't want to chance driving Peralta Road after all the rain. Hiked east on the Lost Goldmine trail to Carney Springs, then up to West Boulder saddle. North on the Dacite super loop route towards Fremont saddle, then east through the hoodoos checking out all the running water. Looped back down to West Boulder saddle, then just above the false saddle went east to check out that area. Lots of running water and falls. The sound of running water and all the moving clouds made for a unique experience.  |
