I messaged them and asked for you and others whether they accept thru-hiker resupply packages, and if there was a fee...

How about Roosevelt Marina and Forest service visitors center? Do they accept packaged?

Roosevelt Marina accepts packages. That is actually a really good option because the lady at the bar can still get your package after the shop has already closed. The lake is good for a refreshing swim and the visitor centre has drinking water that is accessible even when the office is closed.

I called prior to sending my resupply box in early March to La Posta Quemada and was told YES they do accept resupply boxes fee free. When I reached the ranch they were closed, had been for some time so I continued on up to Colossal Cave where the packages are actually held (Puma County operation). NO resupply box.....the USPS tracking showed that the package had been delivered but was nowhere to be found. That was my experience with La Posta Quemada/Colassal Cave and Puma County. The only plus was a Puma County campground with vault toilets and running water just off the AZT before Colossal Cave.

@TallyHo
Sorry to hear about your package, but please don't blame Pima County Parks department. Colossal Cave Mountain Park is privately owned.
