On April 21st, near the top of Squaw Peak, a lady was taken off the mountain in a stretcher by a Police Helicopter; after being ministered to by Fire Dept paramedics. Today, at the spot where she was removed were red roses and and a card saying 'In memorium; Theresa M..'
Does anyone know any details of what happened to Theresa??
Also, while I was browsing the web looking for information regarding this incident, I ran across an arizonacentral.com article (dated April 24th) indicating that hikers found a body on Squaw Peak and that a gun was found near the body. Does anyone have more information about this incident and is it related to the the rescue I saw on the 21st??
