Lifeis not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty & well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, totally worn out & proclaiming,"Wow What a Ride!"

Back home and what a trip! We had the surprise of a lifetime finding Chumley waiting for us at the eight mile mark. He drove in on the res the night before and was waiting for us. He brought some beer and a keg of vodka out to the Cape. Camp last night was a blur for me! I sent the message above right after we started in on cocktails. Man was it fun! I'm glad I was able to hike out today. And oh the view was quite possibly the best I've ever seen. It was jaw dropping!

backpacking with you is like an iPhone commercial
I'm gonna make it into a Verizon commercial. By their own map, we are firmly planted smack damn in the middle of a huge coverage dead-zone. I was amazed with the coverage. Sometimes even 3G!
I'm not sure what my spirit animal is, but I'm confident it has rabies.
