I finally had a day free without rain to hike in the Supes. This was my hike till you drop day and I tried way too much but survived anyway. I started up Peralta and decided to see what the weavers Crosscut is all about. After getting most of the way up I decided it would be more fun to go around instead. After catching the Terrapin trail I headed out to Squaw Canyon. I saw a few cairns but realized I made the Z trail was more like an L so I decided to check out the cave up top. I found mano & metate inside which was unexpected and lots of bones. I walked around on top then meandered over to Peters Mesa. I decided it was time to journey back and stopped by the master map (since I was close) on the way. The Gps route looks a little crazy but I needed a Supes fix bad.
