| no partners | | | This is a quick and easy hike with beautiful scenery and a gentle elevation gain. The destination of Hieroglyphics Canyon and spring is a beautiful place for a snack, picnic or break (if you choose to follow the trail up along the right side of the canyon to the ridgeline for an extended day hike). There's remnants of an old abandoned mine shaft (partially caved in)on the left side of the canyon after ou've scrambled across the Boulders for about 10 minutes beyond the pools of water. |
