I have hiked this park dozens of times, this afternoon I mountain biked it. This may become the norm now as I discovered it is set up perfectly for biking!
There is now a huge new greenhouse that's been built on the western side and several new Eagle Scout projects all around the pond including birding benches and new trail signs. The director of this park is doing an amazing job with the whole place!!!
Wildlife seen on this trip included - Baby quail everywhere, jacks & cottons, roadrunner, great horned owl, too many other birds to list and the prize of the trip, a real nice green mojave just off one of the trails!
