Made 2 separate trips out to Council Rocks for sunset: Friday and Saturday nights. Our camp in West Stronghold canyon was the perfect spot to allow us to head out to the rocks for sunset photography then back to camp for dinner and beers!

It was fun to show this spot off to folks who'd never been here before. It's hard to deny the magic of this spot, even to the most jaded visitor.
