A really pretty place in a sort of dull terrain that was not expected. We drove, then walked an old mining road, looked over a point and went "wow" ! We hiked off a catclaw covered hill side to the bottom of the canyon, hiked upcanyon some, then over a saddle following a deer we had scared up, then down shortly into a slot. It turned into a swimmer, we were not prepared so out we went. As usual on the list to return-- looks like there could be some more narrows for sure.
