What an enjoyable hike! Followed the official route to the ruin site. Opted to hike down the the steep canyon side to the creek side trail below the ruin site. We came out at the boulders with more petroglyphs! Much respect to the people who occupied this area so long ago!
We didn’t see any other hikers until the trailhead. Most parking in the lot must keep to the trails in the Conservation Area.

$3 per person (16 and older) to park at Spur Cross Ranch Conservation Area
