| no partners | | | Very easy stroll along a decommissioned forest road out to a nice size forest lake. Lots of mushrooms popping up and quite a bit of scat on the trail that looked like it possibly belonged to a cougar. Added some extra mileage by walking out to the site of the old fire lookout. Also tried to do a little off trail excursion to a cluster of small unnamed lakes I could see on the topo/satellite map, but the forest was much to thick to bushwhack through and I decided it wasnt worth the hassle. |
