| no partners | | I did a couple canyons in France with guides. The nice thing was not having to pack wetsuit, harness, helmet, etc. I did bring my own shoes and rappel device. The shoes were nice because then I could figure out which person I was with all the look-a-likes in the rental gear!
I got to ride to the trailhead with the other clients in a convertible. They barely spoke English so I didn’t bother trying to talk.
The canyon had lots of slides, jumps, and rappels. I couldn’t quite get myself to do all the jumps. But it was fun none the less!
Afterwards I roamed around the village of Amélie-les-Bains-Palalda. |
