Hike up Mt. Esther with the big dog. Checked out a couple stands along Ring the Peak. Then backtracked and decided to check out the stand and hike Moredecci. Several new good size trees are down from last weeks high winds. Surprisingly most stands still have all their leaves. Forecast high tomorrow of 29 degrees with 80% chance of 1-3 inches YIPPEE! Hopefully the leaves will remain. Love fall colors with snow. With any luck I’ll be hiking in winter boots tomorrow.
