My first time up. I thought I was going to puke. I admit it, I'm a lightweight. We drove up early Friday and starting the trail around 7:30. The weather was great. There was snow packed in quite a few places on the trail. Climbing up,down,or around took a little extra time.We did get off trail a little(due to snow piles) and took a steeper route up. We got to the summit about 11:00. Awesome views! We were able to stay on trail going down and finished around 2:30(counting breaks).We met a fellow HAZ Hiker on the way down.Nice talking to jpumpkin. A big thanks to Wally For Taking me up and hiking at my pace.
