Got started at 0530 with my friend, Jill, and we headed up Marcos De Niza. Saw a small rattler fairly early on, Jill was not thrilled. After Marcos, got on the road and did the usual Hidden Valley loop, but stayed in the wash rather than come down National. Muggy, but not terribly hot. Lots of other people out, as expected.
