Afternoon/evening hike to Hidden Valley with my son. Started on Beacon Hill, then Ridgeline, before getting onto Mormon Loop. The last hour was in the dark, but moonlight was sufficient—no lamps needed. Quite a few hikers out, and tons of bikes. A group of more than twenty bikes passed us as we were finishing up. The air looked pretty gross today. Some brittlebush blooming in Hidden Valley.
