| no partners | | | This hike has been rather instagram-ified, but still a good little pitstop. The "dragon" is a man-made culvert. It's cool but relatively short. The trail continues beyond that, and we kept exploring, but the most interesting stuff is in the belly. I ended up following what turned out to be a game trail that took me above the creekbed and turned out to be a mistake. Eventually, I bushwhacked my way back down, and we decided to head back. I read later that the trail eventually leads to a slot canyon, but we didn't go that far. |
