| no partners | | Great way to start off the week—a hike with my wife and daughter. I’m always amazed at how convenient super cool hikes are in Utah Valley.
Left the house in Orem at 5:30 am and was back by 9 am.
The climb to the Y is steep (1000 ft AEG in 1 mi.) but extra well groomed. Above the Y, it becomes a “regular” trail, but still well constructed and maintained.
The leaves are changing and it’s approaching peak season.
Saw a couple of deer on the final steep climb.
Summit views were lovely on this clear morning. |
