A 1/2 day hike with plenty of deadfall on the burned out section (about 1/2 mile plus) of the Peak trail. The first 1.5 miles on the Cascade trail is very nice. The peak is great. The hike down is fast and easy on a closed dirt road(for official use only - forest service and communications tower people).
