| no partners | | Did the Pemberton/Tonto Tank Trail loop. A good trail if you want a classic desert hike without having to constantly check your footing. Watch out for mountain bikers though, and some joggers, and some jogging horses with horse shoes on their horse shoes(?). Otherwise saw one other pair of hikers.
The old Pemberton Ranch is pretty cool. Saw 3 bunny rabbits, 2 jack rabbits, several crows harassing an falcon or osprey maybe (If osprey are a smaller bird o' prey). No time to check got get ready to do a little holiday thing with some friends.
