After a bite to eat at "The Barking Frog", Anna, Renee and I drove over to Red Rock Crossing to watch the setting sun perform its magic on Cathedral Rock. It was getting to close too "that time" so rather than take a chance of driving around to the "free" trailhead, we stopped at the $9/car park entry. Glad we did, because it wasn't long before the low sun started lighting up the red rock just right. I stomped through the creek, snapped a bunch of pics and called it a day.

This is my gym. I have to travel down a bumpy road to get there. There are no treadmillls, no machines, and no personal trainers. I walk..I run..I breathe the fresh air. I can go any time I want, as much as I want and there is no membership fee.
