After running out of time on the last attempt, I returned to finish the loop. Noon Creek was flowing strong and cold, and the weather was warm. I hiked the loop clockwise starting at the Round The Mountain TH, so I could find the upper creek crossing. I had to chisel ice off of a ledge with a rock to traverse it safely, then I started building cairns to better mark the crossing. This was an enjoyable little hike to keep me occupied while the upper Pinalenos are buried in deep snow.
