Just a quick trip to the Huachuca Mountains for my first camp of the year there (and a brief heat escape). Now that the summer rains have begun taking the stress off, things are looking pretty good. I drove down Sunday afternoon and was surprised to find nobody at either campground. I was hoping for a rain free visit, which it was. Did the short hike down to Comfort Spring in the evening. Not many flowers yet, but that will change by August if the rain magic continues.
