Cruisin across the borderlands, I had seen this one on the map, and it looked really interesting on satellite. I was happy to discover that it was also on the radar of the queen bee, so it made it onto the official agenda!

I went straight up the side while the others made a run for the border. It's steep but pretty easy on the climb. I think the loose cinders would be annoying for a direct descent.

All in all, a nice short break to get out of the car. Good views. Interesting geology. And my 2nd border monument!
