On my recent 6nt/7day Mogollon Rim- Camping/Hiking trip (6/12 to 6/18), for my second full day outing this was my planned (a favorate

) moderate off-trail loop hike from camp to check out this scenic, pleasant, and always in June, lush-green with water flowing Lower Merritt Draw and an excellent choice it was for my HAZ milestone 500 !!

Since August-2012, this was my third time hiking this enjoyable loop and this visit having the most lush greenery and most flowing water

. The only minor complication this visit was with the harsh Winter'19 season with record snow and Spring runoff, there were more down trees to navigate over, under, and around.
