| no partners | | For our last full day in Dubrovnik, we made a last-second decision to take a day trip to the neighboring country of Montenegro. We visited three cities, including Kotor, which is tucked in the back of a bay on the Adriatic Sea of the same name (Kotor Bay).
Kotor Bay is known as the fjord of the Adriatic Sea. In order to get the full views down on the city, we climbed up from the old town to a Fort on the mountains overlooking the bay.
The views were stunning, but the climb was hot and muggy. It was a bit of a sweatfest, but well worth it. |
