| no partners | | | So I have passed this turn off on Ring the Peak at least 10 times. People say it’s popular, but never had much interest. Sarrah suggested it for a family hike. It starts where the ring the peak meets the road 1/2 mile before the crags trailhead or 15 miles from my house on ring the peak which is why I generally pass right by it. I was thoroughly surprised. It has some pretty great views from the top and about the right length for the five year old. We saw a few groups of people, but had the summit to ourselves and a group that showed up after took the lower side of the summit rocks. Great family hike! |
