| no partners | | | Had this hike on my radar for awhile and finally got it done. Beautiful day on the mountain today. Trail is up all the way but in good shape overall. I'd say about 80% of it is shaded as well which is nice. Views of Hood, Adams, St. Helens and of course Rainier on this nice fall day. Saw several people out on the trail today but it didn't feel crowded. Even had some alone time at the saddle where we enjoyed a nice lunch with a great view. We'll definitely be back. |
