Another foray up the hill. No tracks except a deer used it for a short distance. Evidently it snowed another 12" after I broke trail. It wasn't as bad this time as I brought the other snowshoes with a little more float. RTP had an 1" crust above the 12" of snow which was no Bueno. The ridge was soft so I headed back up and returned that way. No tracks, no movement dense fog. Spooky, I was waiting for Sasquatch or a mountain lion to ambush me on every corner. :)
Oh and it's snowing hard again. Imagine that.
