| partners | | A natural waterpark with amazing scenery! One of my top 5 most beautiful places.
After missing the group, nonot and I decided to continue on anyway. The hike in and out was quite warm it made the water SO refreshing and dried my clothes on the way out. That leads me to my next point: DO NOT BRING IT UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED FOR IT TO GET WET!..or get a HIGH quality dry bag. I lost photo taking abilities at the very beginning  so I may borrow a few of nonot's to help me preserve my trip.
I brought a toddler floaty (small but it was all I had) It worked so well, I also clipped my pack strap between my legs like a life vest, I have NO issues with swimming it's just strange when the pack floats and you don't... sort of like caring your pack on neck, awkward. It also padded my landing on the steep rock/water slides  Without one, I would suggest taking the pack off and floating on it.
Lots of pools and waterfalls between pink granite walls- AWESOME! I was SO excited to play! Eventually I was shivering even with a wetsuit but it was we dried in the sun. We caught up to the group just in time for the last waterfall. It was my first rappel but I had a feeling it would be my type of experience... and it was, I had no fear and I loved it! (but we did the ledge not the falls...)
Those that know me know I don't care too much about what other people may think. I think nonot may have underestimated me in my "sparkle tank top, with my pink camera, and my green kiddie floaty." Hey life's too short to stay in the box... right?!
