A nice post-Thanksgiving hike with some family--and my two grandsons! :y:

We knew this would be a popular trail on the day, given the holiday weekend and recent rains. We managed to beat most of the crowds by getting there early. The parking lot was packed by the time we got back.

The two and a half year old walked about half of the trail. He was pretty excited to have his own camelback. As for the 9 month old, my daughter forgot to bring the baby backpack, so we just carried the little guy. He fell asleep on the way back, and I told passers by the he was tired out from carrying me on the way in. :lol:
